Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

    Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

    We provide worldwide delivery services.

    For example, when your destination country is the United States, this will require 3-5 business days of processing time, followed by 5-9 business days of delivery time. Therefore, you are expected to receive the order within 8-14 business days .

We ship orders to all US states and territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes.

We don't charge any taxes on any countries, but duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, it rarely occurs duties.

For order contains Pre-Order items, will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the items.(If not, it will be 5-7 days faster)

We may ship your order with separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

Delivery Delay

Recently, there will be some delay in delivery due to force majeure. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated. We will keep tracking the shipping status. If you have any other concerns, just let us know. If your order is urgent, pls contact us directly suan147@qq.com

If the order is delayed for more than 15 days, we will refund the freight to the customer.

Thanks for choosing vogue .We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience.Now we have launched online return & refund system,and If at any time you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase or any part of them for refund,as long as your returned item is in the same condition as it was received(including original package boxes / bags / tags,gifts,sales invoices,etc).

Refund Rules:

1.If the item you want to return is a "7 Days Hassle Free Return" item,you can directly select "7 Days Hassle Free Return" in vogue within 7 days of receipt to apply for return & refund. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved.(can not apply if it is more than 7 days)

2.If item you received is of problems(such as wrong quantity,wrong item,product damaged, texture or quality problem ,etc.),please apply for return & refund within 15 days of receipt.What you need to do is describing specific problem and return reason,selecting corresponding return reason and uploading photos of item with problem and tracking info.You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved.

3.For the orders which have been Order Received but you still not received your order,you may apply for the Only Refund within 15 days since your order status change to be Received.Meanwhile you will received this notification 'You can apply only Refund direct from your order Page if you didn't receive your order' which will be Sent via Push Text in app.

4.For all approved return application(including every return reason),customer needs to return the products to the office with in 7days, otherwise return(refund) can't be executed.
